Cancelation Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your session.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled session will result in the loss of that session, as it is too short notice to offer the spot to someone else.
• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not canceled in advance, the session will be forfeited.
